The AC vent relocation kit is designed to protect the health and safety of service K-9’s by significantly reducing overall temperatures in the kennel. Rather than the factory vents merely blowing in the direction of the cargo area, this kit reroutes both rear AC vents from the headliner directly into the kennel.

This kit was created in response to customer request after realizing the vehicle AC vents were not effectively cooling police canines in second-row seat replacement kennels. The ducting is insulated, so it will carry heated air as well.

• Compatible with 2020+ Ford PIU and recent Expedition model-years.

• Includes hardware to convert both sides (driver & passenger) rear headliner AC vents

• Introduces nothing sharp or dangerous into the kennel; only flat brackets with rounded corners (as shown in a close-up photo in the gallery)

• Does not require permanent modification of any part of the vehicle

• Does not require dropping the headliner

• Can be added or removed during initial vehicle upfit or at any time after
